Condiment made of truffle butter
A classic dressing for hot dishes, with a very intense taste, made with truffle.
Excellent for creaming risottos, for seasoning fillets, eggs, omelettes, vegetables, potatoes. Exquisite on canapés, bread, croutons and blinis.
Very concentrated: it is recommended to use 1 teaspoon per portion to embellish your recipes, possibly mixed with normal butter.
Ingredients:
Butter 98%, freeze-dried summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 0,4% (like 2% of fresh truffle), salt, flavor.
