"Farfalle" egg pasta with truffle

Butterflies are one of the most famous nd loved short pasta in the world. In our version durum wheat semolina is enriched with 30% of eggs and with our ever present truffle. A pasta with an intense and balanced taste, to be dressed with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil or a knob of butter.

Chef’s advice:boil butterflies in 2 litres of hot salt water for 7-8 minutes. Drain al dente and season them according to your taste. With 250g you get 4 portions of pasta.
