Excellent as an accompaniment to aged cheeses (Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino, Grana Padano, Gorgonzola and blue cheeses). Excellent for glazing duck, goose, chicken or pork (chops).
And the sweet version? Try it with ice cream (cream or fiordilatte), as a garnish for pancakes, toast, desserts and cocktails.

Acacia honey 99%, freeze-dried summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 0,2% (like 1% of fresh truffle), flavor.
