Over forty years of gastronomic experience, selection of the best raw materials, craftsmanship and care in our preparations.
In our 6,500 m2 of business area we produce 10,000 kg/year of processed fresh truffles, 80,000 kw/year of energy thanks to photovoltaic panels, we boast the presence of 2,000 m2 of kitchens and laboratories where 44 employees work.
